FMA Caiman Ballistic Helmet System ABS Version
l The Caiman helmet system is born for the competition of the next generation special unit helmet orders, with a flatter and more slender shell. As for accessories, the night vision device base uses the well-known WX L4 night vision device base, which needs no further explanation. The side rails are hollowed out based on the ARC rail design, which significantly reduces weight and supports all ARC-compatible accessories. What sets CAIMAN apart is its large area of Velcro design, which covers all major positions. The stress design of the Velcro is perfect. In terms of liner, the CAIMAN system adopts a self-developed integrated liner, which provides better overall comfort and wrapping, and most importantly, greatly improves impact resistance with its integrated structure. Another advantage brought by the helmet's wrapping is its high level of comfort, making it suitable for long-term wear.
l FMA's introduction of the Caiman parachute training helmet system perfectly reproduces all the features of this helmet, meeting its design requirements in both appearance and liner design. It adopts FMA's excellent ABS injection molding process and uses industrial-grade high-strength ABS shell. Combined with PPE sponge and ultra-thick 14mm memory sponge liner, this helmet offers excellent comfort and protection.
l The new version of the CAIMAN helmet has been upgraded with the new version of the APEX Vertex Suspension, which is a popular knob-adjustable suspension system. This suspension system provides a more secure and snug fit around the head. The adjustment process is very simple, and once the helmet is comfortably worn, the knob at the back can be used to adjust the tightness. This effectively enhances the stability of the helmet, especially when additional accessories such as night vision equipment are added.
